Broken needle, jumper and thread of computer quilting machine is a headache in the quilting process. Broken needle sometimes even leads to the scrap of a quilt and increases the production and operation cost. First, the jumper is because the spinning shuttle and the machine needle are not adjusted in place; Under the premise of correctly installing the machine needle, the machine needle moves from top to bottom and the spinning shuttle rotates. When the needle is lowered to a low position, the tip of the spinning shuttle should be in the range of 14° ~ 18°, 10 ~ 12 mm away from the center of the needle. That is, when the needle bar is lower, the needle tip is 3.5-4MM away from the needle, and when the needle bar rises 2.2MM, the needle tip is to the center of the needle, and the distance from the pinhole is 1.2-1.5MM.

Two, the thread is broken because there are burrs on the needle plate or pinhole. If the breaking head is shaped like a horsetail, it may be that the wire hook has burrs, the wire clamping device is too tight, and the wire picking spring is too large. If the broken head is cut, it may be that the position of the mechanical structure of the machine is changed, the disassembly process is not in accordance with the original position, the parts are damaged by the collision of the broken needle and other workpiece, the edge of the parts have burrs, etc. If one or two strands of broken yarn occur on a thread, it may be caused by high pressure foot height.
